Hello and welcome my mission is to assist you to live life with more energy enthusiasm and purpose. My background is in the many proactive approaches to holistic health. I provide a range of therapies tailored to your individual and specific needs combining a practical common sense approach, with new concepts and ideas, beneficial for personal and spiritual expansion assisting you to live your life with more energy, enthusiasm and purpose. On a day to day basis I have the pleasure to work with several modalities all of which are remarkable in their own way.

Through my life, travels the study of other modalities and philosophies, I have developed a great sense of curiosity about the workings of the universe and a love of humanity. One of my greatest joys is sharing some of my own insights and experiences with others. And so the ways for this to happen divinely unfold

Of more recent times I have begun facilitating holistic Retreats the purpose of which is to provide a space and place in which people can feel deeply nurtured and connected, sustaining the body, mind and spirit, allows for you to connect with your "Innate Gifts"
